We only retain your DATA for the purpose of full filling our obligations under the Guarantee and beyond, which includes keeping full details of your Order, Glass Sizes and Product Details which are individual to you. This enables you to telephone or email our Service Department who will have instant access to your Order File to be able to deal with your Guarantee Claim or request without the need to visit causing unnecessary delay.

Many Orders need to be registered with Building Regulations, Planning Department, FENSA and QANW Insurance to comply with the Law as from 25th May 2018. Your DATA is retained and passed onto these Organisations as necessary to comply with Government requirements. If you wish us to destroy this DATA from our records please advise us in writing. Remember if you are selling your Home you will need to produce all the necessary Certification if we have not retained your DATA we will not be in a position to assist should it be necessary.

Please be aware we only retain DATA for the benefit of our Customers. We do not as a Policy sell your DATA or provide information to any third party without your express permission.
